MAIN TASKS: - Check and confirm the orders release to forwarder for shipment - Collect and check the original customs documents from the suppliers before sending to the customers within the time frame required by the customer - Handle payment arrangement and follow up if missing - Check all the payment matters (Payment, Rebates Credit and Debit notes, payment mode, local regulations and laws - Collect and keep the shipping documents on record - Data input in Allegro B - Regular contact with merchandising teams on shipment issues - Provide support to Finance to validate the sourcing commission monthly REQUIREMENTS: 1)Secondary school graduate with minimum 2 years relevant work experience 2)Strong shipping knowledge 3)Effective communication and interpersonal skills 4)Good analytical and problem solving skills 5)Computer literate 6)Good command of English 7)A team player
