职责范围
•为女装梭织系列创建季节性概念和设计，并与设计总监合作以实现业务目标/截止日期
•为季节性设计创建所有女士编织的草图，细节和技术包
•针对产品样本的季节性概念进行产品，颜色，合身性和面料研究；
•创建平面数字草图以进行创意演示/情绪板和技术包
•在截止日期前提供样品，以便对具有引线设计的配件进行审查，并更新样式和技术包
•管理与面料，装饰和点缀信息有关的信息
•批准织物样品，打色卡，印花小样和其他开发材料
•了解面料厂，各种供应商和制造商
•向设计总监的报告
职位要求：
•至少3到5年适用于梭织面料设计的女性设计经验

Responsibilities
• Create seasonal concept and design’s for Women's wovens collection and collaborate with Design Director to achieve business goals / deadlines
• Create all women’s woven sketches, details, and technical packages for seasonal designs
• Conduct product, colour, fit, and fabric research for seasonal concepts toward physical samples;
• Create flat digital sketches for creative presentation / mood boards and tech packs
• Provide samples to deadlines for review on fittings with lead design and updates styles and tech packs
• Management of infomations pertinent to fabric, trim and embellishment info
• Approves fabric samples, lab dips, strike-off's and other development material
• Have knowledge of Fabric Mills, varying Suppliers, and Manufacturers
• Reports to Design Director
Qualifications
• Min 3 to 5 years applicable women’s design experience in woven fabric design
• Must have a College degree
• High fashion knowledge and a taste for garment technology
• Strong knowledge of the Women’s wear market and Designers
• Must have excellent working knowledge of design programmes such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Must be a team player, have ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and take the initiative
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Highly motivated and hardworking
• Clear communicator with good English writing skills
• Must be detail oriented individual and a strong self-starter
• Strong knowledge of garment construction
