Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
1. 工序分配与流程排布；
Process allocation and process layout;
2. 跟踪产前准备工作；
Follow up the preparation work from production
3. 吊挂系统系统操作与维护；
Operation and maintenance of hanging system
4. 测时，消除瓶颈工序，做生产平衡，与技术、品质一起运用动作分析原则优化难点工序；
Time study, eliminate bottleneck processes, make production balance, and optimize difficult processes by using motion analysis principles together with technology and quality;
5. 各种数据整理与汇总；
Collation and summary all kinds of data
6. 数据库维护及更新
Update and maintain database
7. 6S管理之监督；
6S management supervision
8. 公司委派的其他任务。

Requirements/任职资格：
1. 高中以上学历；
high school degree or above;
2. 一年以上相关工作经验，熟悉IE七大手法，具备精益生产的相关知识和经验；
More than one year relevant working experience, familiar with seven IE techniques, with lean production knowledge and experience;
3. 熟练使用office软件；
Familiar how to use office software
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，擅于发现问题、解决问题，学习能力强，工作积极主动，责任心强，有耐心，仔细认真，有团队精神。

5. 有制衣车缝经验
