岗位招聘目的:
1-此岗位将参与销售订单的全过程,包括与工厂方和销售方的整体跟进与沟通;
2-此岗位参与到B2B的组织、流程、系统、人员和文化变革方面的多项变革管理计划;
岗位职责:
1-协助销售团队跟单流程,跟进订单,采集样品,跟进工厂和销售端沟通,促成销售达成;
2-协助协助客户销售订单转为内部订单,并进行内外沟通,确保订单及时交付;
3-协助及时、认真地解决客户投诉;
4-协助实施公司的经营目标和计划落地;
5-协助联系货代订舱位,提供报关信息,协调装货,确认货代费和客户余款,制作报关单据;
6-上级分配的任何工作职责;
岗位要求:
1-本科以上学历;
2-良好的英语读写能力,大学英语四级证书者优先;
3-0-2年相关工作经验;
4-运用销售知识和技能,快速捕捉和分析客户的期望和潜在需求;
5-具有良好的沟通能力问题解决能力;
6-良好的人际交往能力,能够与组织内的各个层面人员进行互动;
7-勤奋、团队合作精神强、责任心强、抗压性好;

Job Title: B2B Sales Assistant/ Operation Assistant
Location: Chuzhou, China
Report to: B2B Department Manager

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
1-You will be engaged in the part of whole process of following sales order including internally negotiating with factory side and sales side;
2-Meanwhile, you will be involved in several Change Management initiatives in terms of Organization, Process, System, People and Culture Transformation of B2B;
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Assist sales team to make sales orders, follow up orders, send samples, follow up the whole process between customer side and factory side as important contacting bridge in whole sales operation;
2-Assist helping sales orders from customers transferring into internal orders, and make internal and external communication to ensure timely delivery of orders;
3-Assist resolving customer complaints seriously and timely;
4-Assist in the implementation of the company'''s business objectives and plans;
5-Assist Contacting forwarder to book space, provide customs declaration information, coordinate loading, confirm forwarder'''s fee and customer'''s balance payment, and make customs clearance documents;
6-Any other duties as and when assigned;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1-Bachelor or higher degree is preferred;
2-Good English written ability with CET 4 certificate is a plus;
3-0-2 years’ working experience related with proven capabilities;
4-Quickly capture analyze client’s expectation and potential needs with knowledge and skill set of sales;
5-Have good communication skills, problems-solving ability;
6-Strong interpersonal skills, able to confidently interact with all levels within the organization;
7-Diligent, Team-work Spirit, high responsibility, and work under pressure;
