This role will develop and oversee social and environmental sustainability performance of He Yuan factory. The successful candidate will work closely with other factory department heads to ensure social and environmental compliance, uphold Hop Lun policies and standards and track performance. He or she will share timely reporting on progress, review audit reports, evaluate findings, develop corrective and preventative action plans and follow up to secure that findings are closed.
Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
日常职能:
1. 内部和外部的沟通(邮件和口头);
2. 跟踪客户/供应商和其他相关部门制定的纠正措施计划(记录和文件);
3. 一线生产部门查访;
4. 跟踪/监控并准备纠正措施计划;
5. 即将到来的日程检查和安排必要的计划。
月度职能:
1. 准备月度合规报告和月度客户报告;
2. 跟进/监督并协助召开各种会议;
3. 在工厂进行内部审核并跟踪/监控;
4. 与其他部门召开协调会议;
5. 与香港同事进行邮件沟通;
6. 检查和修改培训材料;
7. 审核并整理香港客户相关及内部所需的文件,并发送给相关部门;
8. 监督、观察和指导消防演习操作;
9. 复盘和培训评估;
10. 定期更新法例文件,并在必要时通知有关同事。
其它常规职能:
1. 安排定期客户审核和审核付款;
2. 处理客户/第三方审计;
3. 与客户进行外部沟通(如有需要);
4. 填写客户提供的信息表/数据库并发送给相关部门;
5. 与合规团队召开协调会议;
6. 协助进行内部和外部的培训和文件编制。
每年职能:
1. 审核和更新政策和程序,备忘录,文件流程等;
2. 年度绩效考核;
3. 组织年度活动。
Daily Functions:
1. Communication Internal & external (Mail & Oral).
2. Follow-up Corrective Action Plan (Record & Documentation) which was done by Customer/Vendor & others relevant.
3. Floor visit.
4. Follow-up/Monitor & Prepare on Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
5. Upcoming Schedule Check & arrange necessary Initiatives.
Monthly Functions:
1. Prepare Monthly Compliance Report & Monthly Customer Report.
2. Follow-up/Monitor & Assist on Conducting Various Meeting.
3. Conduct & Follow-up/Monitor Internal audit in the factories.
4. Conduct Coordination meeting with Others Department.
5. Communicate with Hong Kong Team by mail.
6. Review and Revise Training Material.
7. Review and compiling the documents of HK, Customer/relevant with Internal needed and send to concern.
8. Monitor, observe and direct to conducting Fire drill operations.
9. Evaluate and Assessment of Training.
10. Regular update of statuary documents and notify to concern if needed.
Other Regular Functions:
1. Arrange periodic Customer Audit & Audit payment.
2. Handle Customer/3rd Party Audit.
3. External Communicate with Customer (if needed).
4. Review Fill customer provided information sheet/database and send to concern.
5. Conduct Coordination meeting with Compliance Team.
6. Assist on Conducting Internal & External Training & Documentation.
Yearly Functions:
1. Review & Update Policy and procedure, memorandum, Documentation Process etc.
2. Annual Performance appraisal.
3.Organize yearly events.
Requirements/任职资格:
1. 企业社会责任、社会或环境可持续性、人权研究或相关专业学士学位;
2. 熟悉与中国人权、劳工权利和劳资关系、环境影响、健康与安全相关的国际标准、框架和法规;
3. 擅长收集和分析数据,编写社会和环境可持续性报告;
4. 具有项目管理经验,能够管理多个项目和时间线;
5. 5年以上供应链管理经验,服装业优先;
6. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力;
7. 优秀的沟通、表达、人际关系和影响能力;
8. 高度的职业道德和诚信;
9. 善于管理冲突和变化;
10. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)。
1. Bachelor Degree in CSR, Social or Environmental Sustainability, Human Rights Studies or similar disciplines
2. Strong knowledge of international standards, frameworks and regulations related to human rights, labour rights and industrial relations, environmental impact and health & safety in China
3. Skilled in collecting and analyzing data and prepare reports on social and environmental sustainability
4. Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
5. 5 years + experience from managing sustainability and compliance of supply chains, preferably in the apparel industry
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
7. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
8. High degree of work ethics and integrity
9. Good at manage conflict and change management
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
