Job Title: Sales Assistant-Wilson Main Responsiblity: Regional sales support and administrative work - Responsible for maintaining the business calendars, update and monthly communication with offices on any changes. - Act as point of communication and consolidation for monthly reports from regional offices, in time for monthly business reviews. - Coordinate monthly meetings between regional offices, taking and issue of meeting minutes. - Work closely with countries and act as lead in driving consistent and on time product forecast from offices, ensure information flow to Shanghai office and transmitted to cross functions. - Consolidate regional office sample request, laddering to a country file. - Organization and execution of Regional Meetings/Events, actual event and travel/lodging arrangements for attendees. - Maintaining and update of monthly sales data and forward forecast. - Monitor and update travel schedules of members of Regional offices and Shanghai office team. - TE budget tracking and control for team. - Updating information on Wilson China shared folder. Needed competencies: - Good knowledge of Ms Office (especially is Excel) - Patient, detail oriented, also responsible - Good communication skill - Service oriented, can work independently Education: College degree or above Needed working experience: More than 1 years related experience in multinational company.
