Key Responsibilities: Quality Ensures all production meets company quality standards. Implements all process controls and procedures. Ensures manufacturers are fully aware of quality needs. Works with factories to improve quality and manufacturing efficiencies. Delivery Ensures company delivery objectives are met. Works closely with designers, buyers and technical departments to ensure on time production start of new models. Works with headquarter office ensuring accurate and timely communication of order status and production issues. Costing Ensure value/cost the development / production process. Key Relationships Factory Relations Educates suppliers with company business needs and objectives, maintains a positive factory relationship via day to day communication and positive participation. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: At least 3 years experience in Ladies textile production. Experience in garment development. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on textile. High Level of English it is a MUST. Spanish is a plus.
