Responsibility: 1.Working closely with Marketing and other related department to ensure the campaign execute in high efficiency and increase the operation revenue. 2.Control and make reasonable use of budget on EDM, SMS and other channel marketing. Increase the ROI of communication. 3.Support seasonal promotion of retail campaign. 4.Setup, monitor and analyze the campaign in CRM system. 5.Actively share trending topics, industry news and best practice with customer by EDM and other channels. 6.Build and effectively manage clients’ online community and ensure constant engagement with online followers. Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing/sales or related majors preferred 2.At least 2 years working experiences on b2c or ecommerce industry. 3.Marketing (traditional, new media, guerilla and 'word of mouth') 4.Ability to manage tasks efficiency and multi-task process. 5.Sensitive to data and familiar with Excel and other Microsoft office tools. 6.High execution and ability on feedback, good analyze and resolve ability is preferred. 7.Proven expertise in direct marketing, and be effective and creative in both campaign organization and target customer communication via EDM, SMS, DM, online and etc. 8.Familiar with CRM process create, has experience CRM campaign design. 9.Able to take initiatives and make things done independently. 10.Excellent communication and presentation skills. 11.Fluent in both oral and written English.
