Job Title: E-commerce Operation Executive Report to: Operation Manager, China Main Responsiblity: - Responsible for running backend operational logistics processes for Amer China E-commerce channel. - Support E-Commerce Buyer and E-Commerce Manage to execute, monitor and report E-commerce forecasting , replenishment inventory management process. Develop and implement necessary action plan. - Liaise with supply chain logistics executive to secure physical inbound and replenishment process - Track order, delivery discrepancies with E-commmerce service provider and Distribution Center. Secure E-commerce inventory accuracy by gate keeping inbound-outbound process on both physical and system movements - Partner with supply chain logistics executive and Front-end Ecommerce counterpart to secure logistics cost-effectiveness - Coordinate with Ecommerce service provider and Operation manager to generate and implement after service policies and processes - Mange and report E-commerce logistic KPIs. Contribute to optimize the performances of the e-commerce supply chain processes. Needed competencies: - Ability to understand and master the end-to-end process from system and business standpoint - An e-commerce knowledge would be an asset (understanding of concepts, KPI, specific analysis) - Master Microsoft Office is required (word / excel / powerpoint / outlook), SAP knowledge is a plus - Proven ability to work with KPIs and presentation and explanation of these indicators to management team. - Organized, and respect of procedures and deadlines - Ability to communicate clearly in English Education: - College degree or above, outdoor sports lover is preferred Needed working experience: - 3-5 years relative working experience in retail and/or e-commerce - Ability to work in a matrix
