QC manager Job duties : - Manage a QC team in Northern China. - Track production progress ensure finished product is delivered on time meets established quality standards. - Provide training to factories QCs. - Oversee factories production, capacities, quality, monitor factories QCs performance. - Plan, develop implement system, infrastructure procedures for an effective quality management system. - Close interaction with production merchandising teams in HK. - Frequent traveling to factories in Zhangdong, Beijing. - Ad-hoc assignment as required. Qualifications required : - At least 15 years experience, of which 5 years at managerial level. - Experience in sizeable garment manufacturing or buying office preferred. - Experience in US market. - Experience in developing vendor relationships - Sound knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, technical spec. - Good command in spoken written English
