In order to strengthen our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) operations and our Code of Conduct team (COC), we are now looking for COC auditors to be based in Shanghai. As a code of conduct auditor and member of the CSR-team, you carry the important role of building a mutually responsible relationship with our contracted factories, where sustainability and compliance are taken forward proactively and with clear progress. In carrying out this role and responsibility you will be part of an ambitious team of professional auditors, in an organization where belief in you as a team member and fast pace improvement are keywords. Main Responsibilities * Verifying and reporting on social and environmental compliance level in factories producing for HM, by conducting COC audits; * Communicating our COC requirements internally as well as towards our supply chain; * Driving and facilitating change and improvements by being a speaking partner to our suppliers; Regular auditing tasks include: * Review documents including payroll, time systems, compensation calculation; * Conduct employee interviews on site; * Monitor Health Safety compliance and chemical safety; * Communicate findings and remediation needs with factory management; * Monitor factory progress against action plan and discuss suggestions for implementation; * Communicates laws and code requirements to factory management and relevant internal departments; * Write audit reports; * Analyze and discuss the results within the team; * Analyze and if necessary feedback the action plans to the supplier; * Maintain close cooperation with the production departments; * Maintain current industry, initiatives and compliance information; * Maintain current and relevant labour laws; Main Requirement * Bachelor degree, major in Law
