Key Tasks（主要职责） ?Be responsible for the whole production cycle of garments including sourcing, sampling, production, inspections and final delivery 负责整个订单生产流程的跟进，包括供应商选择、打样、大货生产、质检和最后出货 ?Price calculations for new orders and negotiations 对新订单进行价格核算和谈判 ?Work closely with clients on the approvals for fabrics, lap dips, accessories and garment samples 同客户密切沟通，确认面料、色样、辅料和样衣 ?Work closely with garment factories to follow up the production schedule and make sure delivery times are kept and quality standards reached 同工厂密切合作，确保生产进度和质量要求 ?Together with QA/QC arrange for in-line and final inspections 协调QA/QC的质量检验计划 ?Follow up ERP and coodinate material purchasing 监督ERP大货物料计划和采购任务 ?Assign work to Merchandiser and Assistant. Provide necessary guidance and training 分配业务员和业务助手的工作，并提供指导和培训
