Responsibilities
1.To assist and support LatAM SIC for working with factory partners in converting initial design renderings into successful and profitably commercialized products.
2.To maintain current files on all models designated. Such files may include sample request forms, last specification data, specifications and notice of changes and all other related information.
3.To coordinate with suppliers, manage project information, ensure accuracy; daily follow up with suppliers to fulfill the time table of the development
4.To constantly review and evaluate the project status with LatAM SIC counterpart and keep them continually in the loop regarding issues which may take the project outside its predetermined track.
5.To coordinate the buying exhibition meeting. Maintain meeting key records, follow up and ensure the quality and timely delivery of confirmation samples.
