公司通过erp系统获取传统制造业生产流水线的运行数据，根据每个工序的剩余产能合理分配产品订单，一方面使联盟工厂达到95%以上开工率，预测生产，达成规模效应，获得边际利润；另一方面使客户以更低廉的价格，获得更稳定质量，更准交期的产品。
目前，公司为中国印染行业协会会员单位，已与行业内多家纺织、印染、成衣企业达成了合作共识。

by implementing cost free erp system to all supplier manufacturing lines, production data such as idle capacity, production progress, material costs and consumption wastage can be collected and analyzed by our system. also it is open to our end customer to improve supply chain visibility. our union suppliers are able to achieve over 95% production rate with contribution margins by using our sfabric platform, improve their cash liquidity and competitive price with more precise lead-time.
