1.Develop and design new products(underwear) for each season according to the companys brand positioning and style, combined with market and customer demand information;

2.In charge of creative development of materials,colors and styles of all underwear products.
-负责所有内衣产品材质,颜色,款式的创新开发;
3.A strong sense of fashion trends. Build the collection, themes and artwork of next season according to the latest trend, colors and new material.
-强烈的时尚嗅觉。根据最新的时尚趋势,色彩和面料开发下季的产品系列,主题和作品;
4.Collaborate with graphic design team to complete product shaping graphically.Give art support to product shooting and graphic ad shooting.
-对接平面设计部门,辅助设计部门完成产品平面视觉塑造。同时给产品拍摄,广告片拍摄提供美术支持;
5.Collaborate with planning department and suppliers,follow up with pattern making, costume proofing,trying out,sample production and mass production.
-对接商品企划部门与供应链,跟进产品制版、打样、试穿、样品、出大货全过程。
Job Requirements:
任职要求:
1.At least 2 years working experience in underwear design or fashion design.
-2年以上内衣或时尚服饰设计经验;
2.Bachelor’s degree, major in Fashion Design,Graphic Design or Art related.Oversea study or working experience is preferred.
-本科以上学历,国外艺术院校背景优先;服装设计,平面设计,美术类专业;
3.Good taste,outstanding aesthetics, mild or serious perfectionism.
-有品位,出色审美,轻微或重度完美主义者;
4.Has a solid foundation of fashion design. Familiar with process and production flow of underwear,socking or other knitted fabrics.
-扎实的服装设计基本功,熟悉内衣,袜子等针织产品的设计生产流程与生产工艺;
5.Good communication and comprehension abilities, team work sprite.
-较强的沟通能力,理解能力,具团队合作精神。
