Job Responsibilities:
· Follow up development & production orders on woven /knit garment with focus on performance outerwear
· Directly deal with our customers on development requirements, design and tech pack details
· Work closely with trims and fabric suppliers, monitor sample materials status and delivery schedules
· Communicate with factories on material sourcing, quotation, sample development and sampling, and other related issues
· Assist in sample fitting and support on problem solving solutions
· Keep close monitoring on the WIP and coordinating all product approval milestones
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree preferred/ Fashion / Clothing / Textile or related disciplines
· 5-7 years or above relevant experience in garment merchandising, familiar with performance outerwear
· Factory experience with garment technical knowledge on outerwear and other woven items is an advantage
· Capable of dealing with overseas customers and China factory directly on problem solving
· Well organized, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
· Good team player with positive & proactive attitude, detail-minded and willing to learn
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Candidates possess less relevant experience will be considered as Merchandiser
