Responsibility: 1. Arrange the tasks of packing, inspection, attaching buttons and sewing botternhole and ironing properly,and ensure the delivery on time. 2. According to craft, guide the staff to ensure that the color and measurement are correct. 3. Return the rejected products to Sewing Group in time, and monitor QC to make repairing record. 4. Collect and check record of members every day, deal with the situation of lack of process and adjusting labour time. 5. Get the materials for packing and attaching buttons and sewing botternhole, once find problems, feedback and handle it in time. 6. Hold morning meeting every day, assign the working tasks, fulfil responsibility to individuals. 7. Be responsible for staff deployment according to production, and coordinate relationship among members. Requirements: 1. 3+ years working experience in garment finishing management. Be familiar with finishing operation processes, and improve the efficiency continuously; 2. Be familiar with garment quality control and garment shipping standard: AQL2.5; 3. Be careful, hardworking and responsible; 4. Good communication and coordination skills, and good teamworker. 职责： 1、 合理安排包装、检验、锁订、整烫各项工作，确保货物按时发货； 2、 根据工艺单要求，指导员工开展工作，确保颜色、尺寸等准确无误； 3、 对检验不合格产品及时退回缝纫组，并监督确保QC做好返修记录； 4、 每天收集并核对全组员工记账单，及时处理缺少工序、调整工时等情况； 5、 领取后道包装、锁订所需物料，发现问题及时反馈处理； 6、 每天召开晨会，下达各项工作任务，责任到人； 7、 根据生产情况进行人员调配，协调组员关系。 要求： 1、 三年以上服装后道管理经验，熟悉后道操作流程，能改进流程，不断提高效率； 2、 精通服装品质控制，熟悉成衣的出货标准：AQL2.5； 3、 工作认真负责， 吃苦耐劳，责任心强； 4、 具有良好的沟通和协调能力和良好的团队合作精神。
