REPORTS TO: Service Manager LOCATION: Maison Major Responsibilities: Greet and bid farewell to the customers entering and leaving with warmth 迎接和送别来访客人 Handle incoming calls politely and professionally 礼貌且专业地接听来电 Provide services in the Mansion including help with any enquiries, check price, exchanges or refunds, reserving items, alterations, stock check, transfer from other Store, gift cards, Lost and Found and so on. 提供客户相关服务,如:解答咨询,核对价格,退款,保留货品,改建/修理皮卡,库存检查,调转货物到其他店铺,发票,礼品卡,失物招领等 Keep and maintain related machine and other devices in the Mansion 妥善保管店铺设备 Other duties as assigned 其它被安排的工作职责 Requirements Capabilities: New graduates or someone with similar working experience are taken into consideration 应届生或者相关经验者即可 College degree or above 大专及以上文凭 Excellent communication skills, pleasant personality and should love interacting with customers 良好的沟通能力,开朗且乐于接待和解答客人咨询 Hardworking and service oriented, warm, patient, positive 努力,服务导向,热情,有耐心, 积极 Good command of Mandarin and English 普通话流利,英语流利 Good command of MS MS电脑操作能力良好
