Responsibilities: 1. Help improve yearly administration policy and budget plan for company 2. Responsible for administration procurement and supplier management, including office stationery, travel agency, hotel, car renting, office cleaning and virescence, etc. 3. In charge of office's safety to make sure the office routing works normally 4. Help organize and coordinate annual dinner party, outing as well as other activities. 5. Help with employee's benefit project, such as annual physical examination, new wedding and new baby gift, moon cake, etc. 6. Expatriate issue management, including working license and invitation letter , work permit , residence permit , housing sourcing and other benefit in China 7. Provide the service of visa application for employee who will make business trip to aboard 8. Responsible for any external communication and reception of visitors 9. Responsible for internal and external courier managmeent 10. Other ad hoc tasks within admin and HR functions Requirements: 1. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English 2. At least 3-5 yrs experience in managing admin tasks 3. Hard working, and passionate to learn new things 4. Able to work under pressure and challenages
