1.Supervise a team of Merchandisers to enhance efficiency & build up relationships with customers.
2.Responsible for exploring sales opportunities and expanding business.
3.Liaise with customers; confirm the bulk fabric status, update to the product design and supplier.
4.Assist in sales & marketing programs and activities.
5.Work very closely with Merchandising Team on orders follow-up, product quality and delivery arrangement related issues.
6.Coordinate with factory to fine-tune the balance between requirements of client and actual technology of related factory.
7.Liaise with the product development to assure the delivery of the new season collection is on time.
8.Conduct sales forecast, planning and handle all analysis reports.
9.Able to understand, analyze and response to the Profit & Loss of business.
10.Holding pre-production meeting with factory.
11.Handle and follow up quality issues.
12.Arrange customer visits.
13.Handle customer complaints or claims.
14.Understand each client’s development and/or production request: the product being ordered, the target FOB, the size range, materials, order volume by season, new style request/redevelopment of a core style/reorder/cross-costing, and target season
15.Prepare each client’s critical path.
16.Create a system and culture of working that promotes excellence and ensures that (a) client needs are met as promised and that (b) client emails/calls are responded to promptly and in a professional and thoughtful manner.
