岗位职责描述: Job Title: Administration Coordinator Department: Finance Administration Location: GSO Report to: Finance Administration Manager Job Summary: This position will report to Finance Administration Manager directly. Assistant Manager to improve administration management, include but not limited flight / hotel / car service / meals reservation, drafting / updating / translation documents, organization all meetings and activities, provide any support and coordinate with receptionist. Essential Functions: Flight / hotel / car service / meals reservation for staff and visitors. ?Search flight information through internet or agency, making reasonable flight schedule, provide confirmaiton letter to staff and visitors. ?Booking hotel as staff and visitors requests, and provide confirmaiton letter to them. ?Provode car service information to staff and visitors, monitors factories or agency pick up timely. ?Booking meals as requests in hotel or restaurant. ?Work closely with hotels and agency, keep rates and contact lists and etc information updating. Drafting / updating / translation documents. ?Draft documents incluede but not limited Administration SOPs, notices. ?Updating relevant documents as needed. ?Translation documents as needed. ?Provide business card formats to factory, print business card for staff. Organization all meetings and activities. ?Know well about the meeting schedule, monitors receptionist provide equipments, seats, water and etc timely. ?Prepare and organization activities, include but not limited team building and anniversary party. Monitors and coordinate with receptionist. ?Monitors receptionist’s work, make sure office environment comfortable, office equipment operation smoothly.
