Job Description: Assists Italian and US designer to finish cad development, and check cad file from overseas to avoid sample mold technical issue(for example: mold parting line, mold texture and expansion rate). Check and update cad design from mold shop if is according to Designer request. Work with Chinese PM and supplier in ensureing that tooling adhere to specific development timelines. Manage sample mould manufacture /inspection/delivery/modification/maintenance. Check/Instruct mold shop to make sure cad grading is correct. Job Requirements: At least 3 years experience in Footwear mold shop cad/cam development ,Know well about mold making process ,Know relevant outsole(RB,PU,TPR,TPU,EVA,INJECTION, EVA)material Stronger Cad and Cam knowledge, for example: create 3d, make CAM program and grading productioncad file , know grading standards for different countries , ETC Good command in English, both writing and speaking Basic knowledge of Microsoft office program. Mechanical back ground or university degree. 1-yearss experience on business Department in mold shop Strong management skills and work experience at mould/unite bottom/shoe factory or related manufacture area ,Previous experience in mould shop/bottom factory/shoe factory bottom develop department and related footwear area is required Technical skills
