REPORTS TO: Operation Manager LOCATION: Mansion Major Responsibilities: l Assist Operation Manager to complete Mansion opening preparation. l Support Mansion operation routine process and maintenance. l Work in conjunction with all operation functional team under direction from Operation Manager. l Help to prepare and renew Mansion service supplier contracts. l Being positive in annual projects (price update, yearly gift, stock taking and annual dinner, etc.) l Other hoc project assigned by Operation Manager. Requirements Capabilities: l University degree or above, major in administration or hospitality l At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience is preferred l Independent, attentive to details, highly organized and good execution l Good interpersonal, communication skills. l Good command of English, French as a plus. l Very good at computer knowledge of MS office. (Excel, PPT, etc.)
